Cut-off Time 24 Hours Policy

Reservation Alterations:

  • 1. Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled charter time.
  • 2. Customers arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their reservation, and no refund will be provided.
